What we collect

Only what you type into the estimate form: your name, your phone number, your ZIP code, the work you want done, the door style and finish you are after, and anything you write in the message box. Nothing on this site asks for a payment detail, a date of birth or a government identifier, and you never need an account.

If you call us instead, we hold your phone number and whatever you tell us about the job.

Analytics, and the cookies we set

We run Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It records pages rather than people: which pages get opened, roughly where in the country the visit came from, and whether it arrived from a search, a link or a typed address. It sets its own cookies — named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code for this site — to tell a returning visit from a new one.

That is the only company other than our host whose servers a page here contacts. The fonts and the icons are served from this domain, so nothing else about your visit leaves it.

What we do not do

• No advertising or remarketing pixels. Nothing here builds an ad audience out of your visit.
• No selling or sharing your details with marketing lists, ever.
• No third-party assets beyond the analytics described above. Fonts and icons are served from this domain, and nothing here loads a social widget, a chat box or an embedded map.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We use your details for one purpose: to contact you about the estimate you asked for and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work. We keep enquiry details while the quote is live and for as long afterwards as our tax and business records require. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of work already carried out.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to marketing lists. The people who see it are the crew who quote and carry out your job, and the service providers who deliver the site: our host handles the form submission, and Google stores the enquiry for us and delivers the notification email. If a supplier is ever needed to complete your job, we tell you at the time.

Children

This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (615) 555-0142 or use the contact page and say what you want done.

Changes

If what we do changes — a form that emails us, a call that gets recorded — this page changes first, with a new date at the top. We will not quietly start collecting something this page says we do not.
